Biography

Advocate Brijesh Singh Ladwal is a litigation practitioner with a strong academic foundation and wide-ranging exposure to complex legal processes. An alumnus of the School of Law, The NorthCap University, Gurugram, he holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Constitutional Law from the Department of Laws, Panjab University, Chandigarh, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Aviation Laws and Air Transport Management from NALSAR, Hyderabad. His professional journey reflects both diversity and depth. Having worked in four government offices, Brijesh has developed a keen understanding of administrative procedures and institutional functioning. His training under some of the finest law firms and leading litigators before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Delhi, and the High Court of Punjab and Haryana has enriched him with practical insights into courtroom advocacy, research, and drafting at the highest level. What sets him apart is his ability to break down complex legal issues with precision and analytical clarity. He combines sharp research skills, structured reasoning, and a detail-oriented approach to identify key facts that shape the outcome of a case.
