Biography

Ms. Danish completed her B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) with specialization in Intellectual Property Rights and Cyber Laws from The NorthCap University, Gurugram, and is presently pursuing her LL.M. in Cyber Laws from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi. She is currently working as an In-House Counsel with a cross-border logistics company, where her role involves drafting, negotiating, and standardizing commercial contracts as well as a wide range of operational agreements. Her responsibilities extend to representing the company in legal matters and drafting internal policies tailored to various departments. Danish also brings significant expertise in PoSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) compliance. She has served as an External Member for more than 20 organizations and has conducted over 30 compliance training sessions, reflecting her commitment to workplace ethics and legal accountability. Her professional experience further includes litigation and advisory work across diverse fields such as cyber laws, labour and employment laws, conciliation proceedings, intellectual property rights, real estate disputes before the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority, family law, and civil suits. Beyond corporate and litigation practice, Danish has contributed as a legal advisor to several welfare societies, supporting community initiatives and promoting access to justice. She combines her academic grounding in law with practical exposure to deliver solutions that are analytical, detail-oriented, and socially conscious.
